Youth Park session

This few day kinda addicted to exercise..went to youth park for 2 days in 3 days time..haha..boh pan huat..wan keep body fit..or not perut buncit buncit..haha..everytime go there..warm up first..lead by shawal a.k.a captain..do all warm up d..only got ohm training..then we begin our activity..today we did running..for 1 round..hahaha..next time 2 round d..slow slow increase..next time you see i can become like usain bolt d..xD..after running..all like wan mati d..so we decided walk to botanical garden there eat..fruit juice..then walk back..do some gym so called gym exercise..below average zone mia training..but effort all gone..coz..after exercise we go nasi kandar..habis la..burn 30 calory..tambah 60 calory..nasi kandar dalca memang keat..itz worth la..even if tambah 120 calory..

my attempt to complete monkey rack..but failed =/..only manage to hold the 1st tiang nia..haha

btw dillan!! prepare for outrageous born of sportsman 20 century..beware..
