After so long of lack of exercise, finally today i decided to go hiking..and my hiking partner today is dillan de vosse..i challenge him to climb..haha..we started to climb around 5 o clock..wah this dillan..stamina weak la..hike until bukit 3 nia..rest 7 time d..i duwan rest wan also must..boh pan huat..scare later he sesat then mahuan..haha..how gud am i..xD..he lao beh la..1 botol of water drink all..mine 1 titis also boh drink tiok..his body no stamina la..very fast dehydrate already..haha..we climb until bukit 3..it took around 20-30 minute..then rest there..i plan to climb till bukit 5 eh..bt dillan there say cannot la..very tired d..i wuz like wahlao eh..so weak eh..haha..so i decided to go down to youth park..scare later he pengsan..pity him...damn song la go down hill..relaks..da air cool down our body..then go down youth park..intensive training again..this time i really beat dillan already..he do 30 time..i do 31 time..but mine wan is wrong eh..xD...
p.m: actually all the above the rest 7 time, say duwan go up hill, drink whole botol of water is me..not dillan..xD..really no stamina la me..must train already..haha..
